Arrival of our large team

The weather conditions of the last few days and the health status of the grapes have required significant observation and anticipation work to ensure that each plot reaches its optimal quality.

Yesterday, we continued to harvest our merlots, but we will let the later ones benefit from the few extra days they need to perfect their maturation.

This morning, our large team joined us to harvest our first cabernet sauvignons. The grapes are very beautiful, even if their concentration does not equal that of previous years.
