Spring work continues in the vineyards

In the vineyards, our vineyard workers continue to work the soil which involves several steps.

Ploughing is an important step for our soils and offers numerous benefits. It promotes the incorporation and mixing of fertilizers and soil amendments, as well as organic matter from the previous crop residues. Ploughing also helps eliminate weeds and fungal diseases by burying seeds and plants. Finally, this work aerates and restructures the soil, facilitating strong root development for the vines and improving water and air circulation.

Carried out by our vineyard workers, this meticulous work ensures the proper enrichment of our soils in each plot, thus promoting healthy vine growth.
