Before being filled with the 2022 vintage, the new barrels were prepared, i.e. rinsed with clear water.
Once the malolactic fermentations are completed, the wines are racked from tank to tank in order to separate the lees (which will be discarded) from the clear wine which will be put into barrels.
The ageing of the wine will then take place for a period of 18 to 24 months.
